Role of a Manager – Business & Client Operations which is typically a COH role with one of our clients business units.
Job Purpose: To prepare business plan, annual budget, protect existing revenue plus revenue growth in the engagement, transition coordination, process documentation, SOW/Metric determination, process training certification WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF achieving the business objective of the engagement WITHIN norms and guidelines of Client
Ideally we are looking at Some one expertise in Customer Facing Solutions, Budget Management, Business Planning, and Scaled Analytics related area. Some one who can heads the Operations for the client and ensuring that all the metrics and parameters for Operational Excellence are met. Some one who can identifies transformation opportunities to drive better results and productivity benefits.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Relevant Experience : Full time Post Graduates in Management with minimum 13 Years of experience handling P&L responsibility
